Each answer is in a collapsible item on the page; all are given in full below. ### Subscriptions #### How do I cancel a Pro subscription? You can cancel anytime through your billing portal. You can find this on your [settings page](https://nerd-notes.com/lab/) under the billing section. #### Can I get a refund for the subscription? No. All subscriptions (Pro, Pro Plus and tutoring subscriptions) are non-refundable, for any reason. Courses are different: they come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Details are in our [Sales & Refunds policy](https://nerd-notes.com/sales/). #### Why am I seeing the Trial badge when I’ve upgraded to Pro? If you have an active Pro subscription but do not see a Pro badge on the [chat page](https://nerd-notes.com/ai/), you are most likely logged into the wrong account. Please sign out and sign back in using the Google, Facebook, or X account you purchased the subscription with. #### How can I delete or close my account? You can request to close your entire nerd-notes.com account via the [settings page](https://nerd-notes.com/lab/), under the Account section. Please note, if you have had a recently active purchase, it may take up to 90 days to fully close the account. ### Elite Tutoring #### What’s the difference between a tutoring membership and just regular tutoring? Memberships give you discounted pricing per lesson. With a membership, hours automatically replenish every month. Regular tutoring hours are non-discounted and are on a pay-as-you-go basis. Tutoring lessons, expectations, and scheduling remain the same. #### Can I get a refund for my unused tutoring hours? Tutoring subscriptions are non-refundable. Single tutoring hours are refunded only by exception, case by case, as set out in our [Sales & Refunds policy](https://nerd-notes.com/sales/). Unused hours roll over month to month, but purchased hours must be booked within 60 days, after which they expire. #### Can I schedule lessons for any time? Yes. Once you have tutoring credit hours added to your account, you can use those credits to book any available time. There is no limit to how many hours you can book per month or day. For example, if you have 7 credit hours, you can book 2 back-to-back sessions on Friday, and another 2 sessions for Saturday. #### What if I missed a lesson? If a student is absent for the lesson, the credit hour cannot be refunded. However, if the lesson is canceled at least 8 hours prior to the start of the lesson, the credit hour will automatically be returned to your balance. ### Educators #### Do you offer school licenses? Yes. Nerd Notes offers licenses to all schools in the US. #### How can I get my school a license? To get a school license, you can contact us using the form above or send us an email directly at [nerdnotes.business@gmail.com](mailto:nerdnotes.business@gmail.com). #### What is included in the school license? A school license is fully customizable, allowing teachers and schools to directly choose which products fit the needs of the classroom best. #### What Nerd Notes products can be licensed?
