Sales and Refunds

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase we are not able to offer you a refund. Regardless, Nerd-Notes will cater to all circumstances. We want to ensure that all our customers have an outstanding experience and will serve you until you are satisfied.

To be eligible for a return, 80% of your package hours must be unused. You will be given a partial refund based on the number of outstanding hours left in your package. For example, if you used 2 out of 8 hours of your package you will be eligible to receive a refund on the remaining 6 hours.

Single lesson purchases are nonrefundable.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products

Lastly, to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If all the aforementioned requirements are met, your refund will be processed in less than 3 days of your request.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your original method of payment.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take up to a week for your refund to be officially posted.
