Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase we will not able to offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return for the remaining hours of a 1-to-1 program:
80% of your package hours must be unused. You will be given a partial refund based on the number of outstanding hours left in your package at the price paid for each hour. For example, if you used 4 out of 20 hours of your package you will be eligible to receive a refund on the remaining 16 hours.
Completed lessons are nonrefundable.
Additional non-returnable items:
Lastly, to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If all the aforementioned requirements are met, your refund will be processed in less than 48 hours of your request.
If canceled before the two month minimum period: If subscription is terminated before the 2 month minimum period, the subscription discount will be forfeit. Used hours will be charged at normal price. The remaining balance will be eligible for a refund.
If canceled after the two month minimum period: All unused hours ON the MONTH of cancellation are eligible for a refund. All hours expire at the end of the school year (June 30).
Refunds take up to 48 hours to process. It could take your bank an additional 3-5 business days to issue your refund.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Check with your bank if its been more than 7 business days.
