This policy outlines the terms for refunds, cancellations, and expiration related to purchases made on nerd-notes.com. It applies to all digital goods and services, including but not limited to:

We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund on all individual course purchases.
Note: All refunds for courses are subject to a 5% non-refundable processing fee. This covers credit card and platform fees (e.g., Stripe) that are not returned to us by our payment processors.
Example: If you paid $100 for a course, your refund would be $95.
No refunds will be granted after 14 days, regardless of course completion status. If you are unsure about a course, we encourage you to preview materials or reach out before purchasing.
Subscriptions to Prof Phy and AI-powered grading or UBQ access are non-refundable once a payment has been processed. Because these services provide instant access to digital tools and explanations, no retroactive refunds are available.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will apply to the next billing cycle. Your current access will continue until the end of the current period.
Recurring tutoring subscriptions provide discounted hourly rates. Like all other subscriptions, they are non-refundable once billed, even if no hours are used during that month.
If you purchase a tutoring package (e.g., 10 or 20-hour bundles), you may request a partial refund under the following conditions:
Example: If you purchased 20 hours, used only 3, and request a refund within a reasonable time frame, you would be eligible for a refund on the remaining 17 hours.
Important: Completed tutoring sessions are non-refundable. Unused tutoring hours expire on June 30 of each academic year and will not carry over or be refunded after this date.
