How do I cancel a Pro Subscription?
You can cancel anytime by through your billing portal. You can find this on your settings page under the billing section.
Can I get a refund for the subscription?
We do not offer refunds for the Phy Pro subscription, for any reason.
Why am I seeing the Trial badge when I've upgraded to Pro?
If you have an active Pro subscription, but do not see a Pro badge on the chat page, you most likely are logged into the wrong account. Please sign out and sign back in using the Google, Facebook, or X account you purchased the subscription with.
How can I delete or close my account?
You can request to close your entire nerd-notes.com account via the setting page, under the Account section. Please note if you have had a recently active purchase, it may take up-to 90 days to fully close the account.
Whats the difference between a tutoring membership and just regular tutoring?
Memberships gives you discounted pricing per lesson. With a membership hours automatically replenish every month.
Regular tutoring hours, are non-discounted and are on a pay-as-you go basis. Tutoring lessons, expectations, and scheduling remains the same.
Can I get a refund for my un-used tutoring hours?
We do not offer refunds for unused tutoring hours. Please note, however, all unused tutoring hours roll over to the following month and only expire at the end of the school year.
Can I schedule lessons for anytime?
Yes. Once you have tutoring credit hours added to your account, you can use those credit to book for any available time. There is no limit to how many hours you can book per month or day.
For example if you have 7 credit hours, you can book 2 back to back sessions on Friday, and another 2 sessions for Saturday.
What if I missed a lesson?
If a student is absent for the lesson, the credit hour can not be refunded.
However, if the lesson is canceled at-least 8 hours prior to the start of the lesson, the credit hour will automatically returned to your balance.
