How do I book a lesson?
Pick a tutor below and open their calendar. Choose any open time, check out, and the lesson is booked. Hours are bought at checkout, so there is nothing to set up first.
How does pricing work?
Every tutor sets their own hourly rate, and it is shown on their calendar. You buy a package of hours for that tutor: one payment, you choose how many hours at checkout, no subscription. Hours bought for one tutor are used for lessons with that tutor. Some tutors also offer monthly memberships at a discounted rate; Jason's AP Physics 1 plans are on the memberships page.
Do hours expire?
Package hours expire 60 days after purchase. Membership hours roll over for 60 days after each monthly renewal. The expiration date always shows next to your balance, and expired hours are not refunded.
What if we need to cancel?
Cancel at least 8 hours before the lesson and the hours go straight back to your balance with the same expiration date. If those hours had already expired, you get one 24-hour window to rebook them with the same tutor. A lesson cancelled less than 8 hours before it starts cannot be rescheduled.
What happens after I book?
You get a confirmation email right away. The lesson and its Zoom link will show on your calendar, and an email reminder arrives before it starts. Join from the link and you are in.
Can we book with more than one tutor?
Yes. Hours are kept per tutor, so you can hold hours with two tutors at once and book each of them from their own calendar. Pick a specialist for each subject you need.
How often should we book?
One to two lessons a week works best. Regular lessons build on each other, and that is what makes progress stick.
