Subprocessors

This page lists the third-party service providers ("Subprocessors") that Nerd Notes uses to operate its platform, as referenced in our General Privacy Policy and School Data Privacy Policy. It is reviewed and updated at least twice per year (January and July) and whenever our Subprocessors change.

Subprocessors for School-provisioned accounts

These vendors may process Student Data collected through School-provisioned accounts. Each is contractually required to protect that data and may use it only to perform the services we ask of them.

Advertising and marketing vendors used on our public marketing website are not Subprocessors for School accounts and do not receive Student Data.

Additional service providers for the general (consumer) platform

Individual (non-School) accounts are governed by our General Privacy Policy, which permits these additional providers:
